Our company, as most others, does enforce a cell phone policy, but we grant you access during break and lunch time, which is typical across the board within any service industry. Given you worked with motherboards and various other parts and equipment, food and drinks are also prohibited from the workspace as well. This is mandated by the client base we serve as well as the company.
