It's a big company, impersonal, and lacking a culture. There are definate disconnects between the various business groups. Consulting (now GBS) can be OK depending on what group. National practices tend to have the most interesting work, but tend to be 100% travel, which can get old real quick. All the perks go to account execs. Sales is key, somehow delivery now seems to be an afterthought. It did not use to be this way. Geographic business units have have a sence of culture and cohesiveness but projects tend to be staff aug or application outsourcing (but maybe this is just in the smaller markets).
