1. No interest in employee development 2. Terrible vacation package - 13 years of service, still only got 3 weeks vacation. "Use it or Lose it" policy made it impossible to take a vacation in the first quarter unless you took minimal vacation the year before 3. No training 4. They treated me like family. All CSC gave me was a paycheck 7. In 13 years I received 4 raises totaling 10% (from day 1 to end of employment) - despite receiving reviews of "exceeds expectations") 8. Promised bonuses were paid only 3 times over 13 years 9. No investment in developing my practice - the only reason I wasn't laid off 10 years ago was because I developed relationships with my clients and they called me (not CSC) when they needed my services.
