It is so corrupt dysfunctional and toxic. Management is abusive. HR ignores you, especially if you are an employee of color. There’s no training. They do to their employees exactly what they purport to fight on behalf of their members. It’s disgusting and an insult to the labor movement that this place calls itself a union.
