This means working on projects that require deep concentration yet also at the same time having to work constantly with customer interaction *Unrealistic opportunities are given. That is they are given but no room is made for someone to pursue them. That is already overworked so when given an opportunity have no time to really pursue it. Unless after hours when consultation with others is impossible. - this after hours is after the after hours you already do.
