      poor management (even managment themselves do not know the goal clearly and always ask the fellow colleagues to do without any direction. They always scold at the fellow colleagues for poor ROI, rubbish colleagues, frequent overtime, heavy workload.

      Management suck and do not know what they are doing. always change direction and always want things done once after they assign tasks. Always have rubbish meetings. Colleagues are rubbish too. they always give their own tasks to others. Many OT Underpaid
