It’s nearly impossible to get fired, and they’re always hiring because they can’t retain people for some odd reason

I’ve worked in healthcare my entire adult career and I’ve NEVER seen employees rights to privacy be violated like this. For instance I was about to do an employee physical for them to donate plasma and was called into my non-medical “center managers” office and told not to let the employee donate because of something they heard through the grapevine. For one non medical personnel shouldn’t have any kind of access to an employees medical chart. And for 2 they are much more interested in watching the cameras and listening to the mics than they are actually taking care of their centers. They’re ALWAYS HIRING which is great if you need a quick job but when you have been there 4months and they just keep hiring and hiring they cut your hours with zero notice. Also even though my offer letter stated I was full time but I was put into the system as part time. My manager assured me they would fix it and she would let me know as soon as she did. Of corse it was the day after my “open enrollment period closed” it seemed like a never ending bad joke. If you’re part of medical staff you can’t leave the premesis for any reason until another member of medical staff arrives which is generally about 2 min before you’re scheduled to be off. You’re more than welcome to take lunch’s or breaks but again if your medical chances are good you’re the only one there so don’t plan on actually being able to eat your lunch or take a break. Someone needs you ALWAYS and they will find you for the most trivial bs you can imagine that bruise in the waiting room can’t wait 5min so you can go to the bathroom they will literally come knock on the door. DO NOT TRAVEL FOR THIS COMPANY they say you get paid door to door plus milage. Well they do pay you milage about 3 months later so hopefully you didn’t need that money soon also they make it nearly impossible to see the hours your actually getting paid for since you’re not clocking in and out as normal I actually lost money traveling because they never actually paid me for my travel time
