Vantaggi

Easy to get job, if you have problems coming to work on time or calling out this is the place for you they have a 10 point system that zeros out every 3 months late 1/2 point, call-out 1 point. The people you will work with are really good hard working people that really care about the business. If you are lonely and want to find love or just a casual date donors are tested for STDS every time they donate! The monthly meeting have free food even though only the half the staff shows up.

Svantaggi

No breaks, if you are a closer you will be sent to lunch within your first 2hrs, no set schedule, low pay , let's say you start as a phlebotomist making 15.50 an hour and you are high speed individual it will take 6 months to 2 years to make Sr.Plhebotomist and it only come with a 4% raise and usually they will do it around your annual raise to cheat you out of what you deserve.

Vantaggi

I made a lot of friends there, and the employees on the floor were almost always very hard workers

Svantaggi

The higher up in leadership you go the less you actually seem to care for the people actually doing the hardest work on the floor. The donors are often mean and impatient. And don't get kicked out if they are repeatedly an issue on the floor, because that's a loss of plasma. Many centers won't kick out anyone with veins that aren't suitable to be stuck. It's often up to the donor to walk out with two blown veins to decide not to come back.
