Great people with an all hands on deck attitude when needed. You learn a TON, so it's a great place if you're in your early 20s and have the energy to work long hours. Working here for a few years will put you in a good place to move onto something better later on.

Some accounts, depends on the director, are really disorganized. Pay is pretty low, particular if you're coming in entry-level and if you start low, don't expect to rise up quickly or receive a major salary increase; it'll stay pretty low. Used to be a better, more fun environment. Adding the new HR department turned things around for the worse; company lost its sense of culture a bit, which might be normal when a company grows.
