I have worked at two other brokerages in my 14 year career and I have never worked with a more upbeat and supportive team. Everyone here sincerely wants you to succeed and soar. The Bonafedes are energetic and always looking for ways for you to improve your business and take it to the next level. We have regular client events so you stay in touch with your sphere of influence. We also a foundation, CSR Cares that gives grants to support children in our community as many fundraisers that support autism. CSR cares about not only the people that work here but also the community. Great place to work!

The team of leaders and co workers keep me fresh and excited to go to work everyday even after 23 years of this challenging business. The culture of the company is really unexplainable and unlike any company I've ever worked for. They take all the excuses out and support each of us to succeed everyday. The services offered to us agents including open house sign delivery and free marketing etc frees me up to focus on very high dollar activities. This has allowed me to rarely miss one of my kids sporting events over the past 14 years. Family comes first at CSR.

The friendships and strong ties to the people at CSR make me feel like I can never leave there....one day I do want to retire!
