The company culture is incredible. There are various opportunities for in-clinic and out of office collaboration, team building, and socials. This is a multidisciplinary company that’s committed to the children and their families. You get what you put into this job. You will work hard, but it’s worth it. I am moving out of state otherwise I would have worked here forever.

      - Ethical practices for learners and staff - Positive and collaborative community atmosphere. - Good work life balance with the ability to choose your own availability! - NO OCURRENCES or penalties for being sick!! - Great communication with center director and clinic leads. - Great SLP, OT, PT and BCBA support. - Well rounded training that prepares new staff for work! It does not feel as if you are thrown into the fire.

      Very supportive and communicative teams! I was greeted with amazing training to expand on my previous experience, and have been continuing to receive positive support since starting. Very neat and organized clinic spaces too!

      Lots of information to take in at the beginning, but it all makes sense and ties into play as you develop at your clinic/gain more clients! More helpful than stressful, but being open to receive and being flexible is key
