They encourage continuous learning, new ideas, exploring new ventures. Managers are amicable and whole environment is stimulating. Food is free, simple, tasty and hygienic.

Extremely liberal environment with an opportunity to work with great scientists in niche domains like urban planning, transportation, emergency management, climate change, wind and solar power, etc. Affluent possibilities of writing research papers, journal articles, conference proceedings and even attending great conferences.

Lack of mentorship for software developers. A stronghold with rich industry experience is something you would yearn for.
