Great work environment, and coworkers. No one is trying to push you down to get ahead. Very laid back and flexible culture.

Pay is not that great.

Executives are the BEST, very easy to work with and have an open door policy for ALL employees. They truly care about the company and well being of every employee. CSU has that family feel that makes you feel like you are at home.

Can't think of any major cons for CSU. The environment is friendly. The only con I can think of is the delay on a request or question submitted to some people via email.
