Thank you! We're always working on building up those relationships so the remote teams can feel more connected.
We'll be rolling out some new remote contests and activities to hopefully help improve on that front.

- Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours)
- KPIs can be too demanding
- Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
