Vantaggi
Most of the employees are great, hard working people who you can easily become friends with. Some benefits include Friday lunches, yoga Wednesdays, and there used to be monthly events but those seem to have petered out this year. There is the potential to learn a lot, and there's never a lack of work for those who like being busy.
Svantaggi
The fact that the CEO felt the need to post a Glassdoor review for his own company is pretty telling - otherwise his approval rate is 0%. The company culture used to be much better, but now it's pretty much nonexistent. The CEO is a micromanager who doesn't really understand what his employees' jobs entail and then undervalues them. A lot of people have been quitting in the last few months and he doesn't replace them, he just shifts the responsibilities to other employees (whether they're qualified or not) who already have huge workloads. Or he replaces them with cheap overseas/remote labor, obviously to increase profit margins despite undercutting quality of work. He also has an inordinate amount of trouble with the female employees, all who eventually quit because they feel picked on, disrespected, or straight up harassed - so women might want to be wary. Overall it's a shame, because the actual employees are great - they just have to bear the burden of having a terrible leader.
