4yI doubt this is a genuine review.
Two reasons:
1. We don't "drop" team members quickly. We have a very structured process of identifying what's wrong, coaching through it, and if it comes to it, finally parting ways. We invest a lot in our teams, and we want to make sure that we've exhausted the opportunity for a team member to improve before we let them go.
2. The workload is not inconsistent. The web design and dev team has been growing by 30% to 40% year over year. We're almost always hiring for the roles within that department.
