CT has some of the best and fastest opportunities for growth I have seen. Work loads are super manageable, and support systems are receptive and responsive.

You have to give at least 2 weeks notice to work a flexible schedule for a day. It would be nice to keep that policy only for paid time off/vacation days.

Wow! Thanks so much for the great feedback.
As a quick note- we do allow for flex scheduling inside of 2 weeks notice, but that is handled on a case by case basis with team leads.

- Team is great
- Excellent organization

- Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours)
- KPIs can be too demanding
- Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
