3yYawn. At some point these (probably fake) over the top reviews have got to get some red flags from Glassdoor. Why would someone work here for one to two years, and claim we're lying along the way? About things we publish before you even start your first day? Comparing a work from home, 8 hour or less a day job at a computer to a sweatshop?
It defies logic.
We're up front that we use time tracking tools to enable a global workforce that has been remote first for over a decade. Team members can turn on and off their time tracking whenever they are working or not working. Its simple and straightforward. Clock in to work- then clock out. That's not complicated at all. There's no deceit involved. Don't get frustrated if you're trying to cheat us or your teammates or our clients by misrepresenting how you're using the time you're reporting as working.
If you ever really did work here (and aren't just part of this recent pattern of negative reviews without any reliable personal insights) best of luck. If you're just getting paid to plaster us with negative reviews, worst of luck to you.
