They never paid salaries on time, they did not pay Gratuity to employees of a subsidiary company they took over, 2-3 months of salaries were not paid. Even Income Tax of close to 6 months was not paid, PF was also not paid. These guys are real crooks who are behind shareholder money and its surprising that this is a public limited company.
