Poor Management - Recensione dipendente - Engineering Technician III presso CTL Thompson

Terrible management and scheduling. Expect to work long hours and nearly every weekend. You are supposed to work on a rotating (every other weekend) schedule but when I was scheduled to work my 5th weekend in a row and said I was unavailable I was me with “um no, you know the rules, if your crew is working you have to be there”. I worked there for 4 months and never even met my direct supervisor if that tells you anything.
