1. No flexibility 2. Management is too much involved in every little thing. Nothing is on for employees' support. 3. Timing is flexible only for management. All other employee has to maintain strict timings. 4. No appraisal or bonus if your work extra or overtime. 5. Annual appraisal is too low. 6. No facilities at all.
