Svantaggi
When April comes, and a few months before, the big wigs bonuses are coming up and the first thing to get cut, ALWAYS, is hours. It increases stress tenfold, especially in the pharmacy. Everybody gets behind, customers hate the wait, and you're already running a skeleton crew so if someone calls out, "Oh well, work harder, " because if you don't, the District Leader will still have to come down and complain about numbers or customer scores. My current store manager has been threatened to be fired over the course of a month for being, collectively, about 100 hours over. Just to give a bit of perspective, she's had to open the store and be by herself until shift change at 3 to 5 in the afternoon more than a couple times each week. One wouldn't think that a company that made a $116,000,000,000 (One-hundred and sixteen BILLION) profit last year would really give so little hours that only one person can work for 8 hours or care about an extra $2000, and that's overestimating, over the course of a month to keep their employees/customers a lot happier. I was even told by one of the higher ups that it doesn't have to do with morality or logic in the slightest, it's all about the money.
