Nothing major, company is conservative by nature with a tendency to be a bit risk adverse though management recognizes and is actively working to address

Work-life balance is pretty good and most employees are generally nice people. There is ample accessibility to management, including executives.

The pay is terrible and reflects, at times, the quality of the new employees. There was little intellectual stimulation.
