Everyday, on an hourly or sometimes more basis, you're constantly hounded to push Club. That's the credit card program they offer. You make less money than a McDonald's employee and are constantly harassed and threatened. We just had our biggest year in history as far as sales and firearms transfers were concerned and we were told we were unproductive and underperformed because we didn't get enough people to sign up for credit cards. When I responded to a performance evaluation with criticism over that I was retaliated against and moved out of my position into another department and given no training. I was forced to resign and I'm not the only one. In a matter of 3 weeks they removed 4 of us and forced us into other departments. They use that as a form of punishment in an attempt to get people to quit. They routinely force employees to stay beyond their scheduled shifts but don't allow for breaks to be taken.
