Outfitter Review - Recensione dipendente - Outfitter presso Cabela's

The usual challenging customers (stubborn, rude, poor hygiene). Poor/ineffective/inexperienced management (poor leadership, poor people skills, conflicting management direction, hands-off style ). The incessant push to pitch Cabelas Club Card (Visa) and the meaningless banking statistics that are constantly announced over employee radios (reminds me of "Big Brother")! Plus the lack of any meaningful motivation to get a Club Card ($1 really?! - most other stores offer more $$ or a commission on sales)
