Vantaggi
I genuinely enjoyed the work itself and was motivated to learn and do well. Some team members and trainers were supportive and helpful. The workday had structure, and the role had potential for growth.
Svantaggi
I experienced ongoing uncomfortable behavior from a coworker who repeatedly went out of their way to walk near me, make unnecessary detours through my workspace, and stare at me in a way that felt targeted and intimidating. I reported it multiple times. HR’s response was to review camera footage and tell me he was “just awkward”. That’s not an acceptable dismissal when someone is clearly uncomfortable. I was told I needed to stand up for myself, which felt more like being blamed than supported. When I asked to be moved to a different department, I was told they didn’t want to “waste” the training they had already put into me—completely missing the point. HR and management were more concerned with protecting themselves than protecting an employee. I left not because I couldn’t handle the job, but because they refused to handle the problem.
