Relies on improving moral with free stuff. Parts of management are either inexperienced or do not possess the needed skills necessary to drive a team. Communication is lacking and upward movement appears to to be stagnant across multiple departments. Management does not consider the concerns of their staff (or by previous employees, just by reading their comments to this very site. The responses gloss over complaints or are dismissive). Biggest con: The company is either completely unaware of its faults or is just unwilling to admit them. Too many company meetings that are not necessary and just "to catch up" or hand out more free stuff that takes away an hour of productivity.
