High workload, high expectations from management, feedback about performance I received once a year during Performance Base Management (evaluation) session, which is too late to work on improvements or re-setting priorities. Communication on important decisions is delayed and is not proactive so there is room for gossip, meanwhile it is expected that people in the service organisation are extremely responsive and proactive.. If you work really well you will be awarded with more work. Unfortunately limitations within roles and responsibilities are very vague and requires a review.
