When I worked there, all the coworkers were like a family. Then ownership changed that. Have to come into the office 5 days a week. Had a hard time getting wfh. I heard they changed that policy recently for certain employees. Favoritism

There were some good people working when I first started. Unfortunately, even awesome, seasoned, tenured Employees started to resign at rapid rates.

The owner/CEO are running this place into the ground. The have lost touch with the reality of the insurance industry. They have their “golden goose” of one large state MIIA contract. God forbid they ever lose the contract, The business would crumble overnight. Unfortunately, the owner won’t work to grow the business elsewhere within the company , and has a grueling process of setting up new business. This is bolstered by a long tenured, favored employee to the CEO, Donna. It seems their long standing relationship outweighs giving an honest review and analysis of the company’s operations and processes.

Cabot Risk Strategies is a growing company that started with 32 employees in 2006 and now has over 100 employees. Several of our employees have been with the company since the beginning and several have worked alongside our president and CEO for nearly 40 years. Cabot prides itself on providing professional development and training for their employees and many have been promoted during their employment. In addition, the company has been and still is committed to listening to its employees and any concerns at all that they may have about the company. That “open door” philosophy is well known in the company and employees are encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas with the President and CEO, as well as senior leadership executives.
