Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your experience with us has been so frustrating, especially after being associated with us for a significant period of time.
We do strive to ensure that our processes, quality expectations, and communication are fair and transparent, but it’s clear that this has not reflected in your experience.
With regard to pay, assignment fees are determined based on multiple factors such as service type, scope, and effort involved, and we aim to keep them aligned with industry benchmarks. That said, I understand that this may not always feel commensurate with the expertise and effort required, especially for experienced editors.
Your feedback about feeling undervalued and the nature of interactions with the team is particularly important. We certainly do not intend for our editors to feel disrespected or unsupported, and this is something we take seriously.
