Much of the work is challenging and state of the art. Some very talented people in the trenches doing the heavy lifting.

Cadence is very top down with little empowerment of employees. Even minor decisions get pushed up and there is very little risk taking. Decisions involve endless meetings and lots of second guessing. Little or no loyalty to long term employees. Lots of formal communication downwards, very limited informal communication up and down.
