      None that come to mind considering the pay is the same as a factory worker

      No work/life balance, micro managed, poor pay for long hours and constant pressure from above with high responsibilities as the company will tell you the book stops with you just a pity the pay doesn’t reflect the pressure/responsibility and work/life balance that comes with this job.
