Welcoming and thorough orientation Managers actually work and not sit around delegating Employees seem genuinely happy Coming from the agricultural and produce industry I have a lot to learn about baked goods but the training environment is robust and no one makes me feel badly about having many questions. Senior leadership is personable and truly care that one grows and succeeds with the company

Currently I don't have any cons because there is the new employee learning curve and things do happen so I'm not going to judge one offs as a con.

Pay is reasonable, initially. But that is about all there is, aside from very few good people.

Playing favorites is common at all levels, while drug use and workplace violence is ignored. People actually OD in the plant. Unprofessional behavior from the highest level. With a few good people sprinkled in, most are either, lazy or a liked by senior managers, so nothing happens and no improvement can be expected. Having armed security on site - reason? In addition the equipment is allowed to be rundown and does not operate - bandaids everywhere. Things have really fallen off in the last few months.
