Tips came in cash at the end of every shift. If you work there long enough you get to know regulars , which is nice. The owner Ryan was a nice person every time he came to visit. I also made many friends in my co-workers making work fun.
Svantaggi
The downside is the managers at my location were very catty and had favorites. It was obvious who they liked by how they were scheduled and how tip outs were split. We were also constantly understaffed and overworked. I was there until an hour after we closed constantly even though I was only a hostess. We also had people walking out constantly and quitting.
