Decent salary, fun co workers

This company is run terribly. Management only care about covering themselves and will throw anyone below them under the bus. They will fire you for unexplained reasons. Do not investigate false accusations, they will use any reason to fire someone. They promote people to positions they have no qualifications for, like administrators being promoted to project managers over the people who actually know how to build a house. Have one punch clock for over 60 employees and will fire employees for punching in even a minute late despite the fact you were there on time but had to wait for the punch clock to be open. There is a reason they have been sued for wrongful termination multiple times. They do not care about any employee even if you have been there 5+ years. Will threaten to terminate you if you use more than 3 sick days a year. Worst employer I’ve ever worked for.

- The team leads are micromanagers and are not effective communicators. - The team has an outdated and toxic work ethic. - The team does not work well with other departments. - There is not a lot of time to build relationships with your coworkers; it feels very isolating.
