Managers rely heavily on cameras, micromanagement and fear-driven “leadership” creating an environment where employees feel constantly watched and distrusted. Senior leadership comes across as paranoid, which fuels low morale throughout the organization. Communication is almost nonexistent, and when decisions are made, they often seem arbitrary. Favoritism is common, leaving many employees feeling undervalued and overlooked. Overall, the culture is one of control and fear rather than trust and collaboration.
