You are not micromanaged but you must be available and push yourself to be assigned projects. Small teams and able work remotely A push toward self improvement is necessary to be able to contribute. Managers/supervisors were approachable.

Benefits could be better. Sometimes assigned tickets that you don't have much knowledge about but you have to learn quickly to support customers who pay for time and material. Totally remote work and one could lose touch with coworkers.
