Thank you for your feedback! Your response is taken seriously and we will continue to evaluate and do all we can to keep our staff stimulated and better pay/hours. We assure you that we are constantly assessing what is possible for pay. Our performance pay program allows agents to make up to $13/hr. Additionally, with our open door approach, you are always welcome to speak with the Operations Manager and/or HR if you have a concern. We believe our center is a fun and fast paced environment. We are always looking for strong individuals who care about customer service!
