Great place to start working to gain practical experience in analytical chemistry. Good work environment, opportunities for overtime and extra pay are available. Good interaction with group leader and co-workers, and opportunities to interact are plentiful. Co-workers and supervisor was responsive to employee.

I entered as a contractor, and initially, the hiring decisions between upper management and the group employees did not seem too coordinated, it seemed that my group leader had yet to determine how I would fit in with the department.

-If you volunteer for overtime and extra work, you have the ability to gain rapid training in several departments -Previous company culture hasn't completely faded with recent eurofins acquisition (give it time...) -Some genuinely cool coworkers

-Bound to become like Testamerica with its new corporate money feel. Already everyone is upset and leaving -Be prepared to be extremely poor and depressed over your prospects of advancement. -Complete disconnect between management and staff. -Poor training and management practices -Employees are treated like livestock. It doesn't matter if you have a degree in chemistry. Everyone does, here's your $15/hr. -Customer service (the company's main strength) is going to hell rapidly. Expect layoffs and further rules when the money starts getting tight.
