      Caltronics has had it's ups and downs over the years, but things are now the best they've been since I started working here. We are now working together as a team rather than a select few making decisions that were often based on emotions. The culture has increased drastically as well and a lot of us enjoy coming to work.

      Lots of new clients, great quality products, new leadership team that is helping shape things. Company is growing and the ownership is working to figure out how to best take care of their employees. The team all likes each other after some ups and downs in the recent past.

      Leadership should think twice before talking. Need more employees but finding new employees to build the team has been difficult. The company is growing and managing the growth has been a bit chaotic.
