These people are more interested in ripping people off and doing a runner than actually providing any semblance of service. Their chronically substandard, unavailable, mislabeled products that are a travesty in any retail sense of the word are an embarrassment and miserable experience all around. At least if their lips are moving you KNOW that they're lying!

It is a rotten group of cronies who have no interest in working in order to solve problems, just continuing to draw a paycheck for writing 8 million emails back and forth.
