      The most obvious pro was that the team was made of young and curious people. We were all different from each other and we didn't always come from the same country but we managed to get along, share ideas and create together. Another pro was that I immediately felt like a part of the company as we were provided a professional email address and we were introduced to the different platforms Canada Create uses to assign tasks. The senior management was good and 5/5 to Maeva who was in charge of my internship

      One of the cons was the fact that we needed to use our own laptops at work. They were also times where our missions felt unclear.

      I have worked at Canada Create for 3 months as a Graphic Designer, and I can describe my experience as a solid start to understand what I want to do with my future. - This place has nice people, friendly environment. - I got a couple of interesting projects and tough but really useful experience. - CEO is really friendly and always open for a conversation. - I asked CEO to cover my travel expenses because I was travelling from GTA and he did. - Got great recommendations after, which helped me to find a paid fulltime job.

      - Unpaid position, which is a fact, not a problem. I am assured that only a stupid person applies for an unpaid internship and starts to complain about that after being hired. - Chaotic environment. It is complicated sometimes to understand what your task is. However, you are getting used to it and learn how to adapt. - If you make a mistake or fail to do your project on time, you will not get easy away with that. - Mentally difficult because of tight deadlines.
