Under-performers are not let go, which makes it hard to find motivation or inspiration here. Everyone does the bare minimum and are waiting for the stock price to go up enough so they can cash out their stocks and retire. It's impossible to be passionate about your work/career and stay at this company while you are surrounded with people who hates their jobs and can't do anything about it.
