Great people / great bosses / great hourly rate for the work

There are months where you could work 30 days in a row and then you won’t work at all for 2 months

The people you will work events with, meaning the other servers and bartenders are amazing!

The owner is absolutely deranged. I’m fairly certain he’s got some mental stability issues. The way he has yelled are people at events, rude to the clients that hired him. The other planners are pretty awful as well. Unprofessional demeanor at almost every turn. He’s even been super drunk at many events. The management team always seems to hate their jobs.
