Busy seasons can have 12+ hour days for not a great pay rate. Lack of communication between all departments. Owner is inept at hiring practices, customer relations, managing overall. Owner frequently made racist and sexist remarks.

They give hotels and spending money for out of state trips and the pay isn’t awful for this type of job

They say no training required, give you essentially no training, and then berate you about how you do not understand how to take pictures. A lot of the people are nice if they give you the time of day, but most understand that new people don’t last long and will mostly ignore you. Will make you work 10-15 hours sometimes with a break but it’s known to bring food on shift since there is no time.
