Growth is very slow. Need wait people to move different roles. Managers will take things into personal and try to show bossiness in to show that are great. Senior managers crib in from of younger team / new joined they were not given promotion's. No freedom to explore new ideas. Manager will have his own rule of working People cannot digest if jr.team approach Sr. manager for any support.. manager feel that he bypass him to get senior managers Credit Only operations teams / technical teams have given opportunity for on-site work
