Great brand name, good products, good people.

Canon has lost it's way some what trying to change from a box shifter to a service provider. So much change and process makes doing business internally different, there are so many projects on the go that there is no money for the business. Comm packages have been continually reduced and targets up by 40% in the last 6 months. Canon doesn't quite know where it sits in the market place. No true global support infrastructure limits it's ability to mix with the likes of Xerox and HP and KM have over taken them. Lots of senior, experienced sales people have left in the wake of the Oce integration. No true Alliance proposition.
