Due to this other competitors have taken over recently. - No clear career guidance. Only when one tenders resignation that Management - Often have issues with providing stock & spare parts. Very detrimental as clients often need proper deadlines to continue operations - Efforts are not appreciated. - Too much paperwork as systems are not streamlined. Management needs to review its processes
