Company puts Japanese expats first in terms of package and career advancement. Company processes are so 2000's. Too traditional and manual. Meeting occupied majority of your day and too little time to complete tasks since it is very manual. HR/hiring manager focuses more on 'just hiring' and does not filter traits that fits the role and team that results unnecessary polities and toxic personality to surface within the team that brings the team morale down. Example: People that joined the company less than long service award staffs thinks they are of high quality, badmouthing everyone within the team.
