There is also plenty of evidence to suggest that we successfully recruit, retain and motivate some truly exceptional people. However, Canon isn’t the same place it was even 5 years ago and it will doubtless be different again in 5 years time – and that’s what makes Canon an interesting and challenging business to work in.
